During your inspection, I carefully assess and analyze the major systems of the property. Here’s an overview of the services included:

Roof

I thoroughly examine all aspects of the roof, including shingles or tiles, flashing around chimneys, vents, and skylights, and gutters and downspouts. I check for any signs of damage, wear, or deterioration, ensuring proper weatherproofing and drainage to avoid potential water damage or foundation issues.

Exterior

I inspect the exterior of the home, including walkways, doors, siding, eaves, soffits, fascia, and the overall condition of paint or finishes. I look for safety hazards, any damage, or signs of deterioration and identify areas that may need maintenance.

HVAC
