What to Expect
From Your Inspection

Whether you need a buyer’s inspection, a pre-listing inspection, or you’re just interested in a home inspection to ensure proper maintenance of your current home, you can trust us to deliver excellent services.

We focus on providing education, and our goal is to give you all of the information you need about the property in question, and its overall condition. We allow you to walk through the home with us at the end of the inspection to ask any questions. Rest assured, even if you are unable to attend the inspection, our report will give you everything needed, and we will be there for you whenever you’d like to discuss something.

With technology like drones, thermal cameras, infrared cameras, moisture detectors and more, we are able to detect hidden issues that other home inspectors may overlook. We also show up with stocked tool boxes so we have everything needed to get the job done right!

After the inspection, we will compile a comprehensive digital report, delivered online via HTML, or in PDF format, documenting all of our findings, and including images, references and further details. The report will be available for you both in a desktop-friendly format and a mobile format, so that you can stay in-the-loop and check your report even when you’re on the go.
